We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated candidate to fill the position of Shift Supervisor at our restaurant. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our services while creating conducive conditions for employees to showcase their abilities and potential. We are looking for a candidate with a positive, motivating attitude who can drive and encourage the team, along with sharp critical thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
Supervising and coordinating daily operations during the shift at the restaurant.
Ensuring compliance with procedures and standards regarding service quality and food safety.
Supporting and training new employees, while promoting the development and enhancement of the team's skills.
Monitoring employee performance and providing constructive feedback to encourage and develop them.
Handling difficult issues or situations that may arise during daily operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1 year at the same position in a restaurant.
Experience working in the food service industry or restaurant management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and address issues quickly.
Flexibility and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High sense of responsibility and commitment to providing the best experience for customers.
Be lluent in English to communicate with customers.
