Mô tả công việc

1. Onsemi OSV Supplier Quality Lead: Drive quality improvement initiatives for released products with high focus on underperforming suppliers to meet onsemi's quality standards.

2. Project Management for NPI/NTI: Ensure timeliness of execution of activities with respect to overall project timeline. Drive the supplier to deliver high quality products through implementation of robust process controls including but not limited to establishing process corners and quality criteria aligned to the requirements of onsemi.

3. Site-to-Site Collaboration: Provide technical support and alignment, working closely with SQE and SDE from across Onsemi sites to co-develop quality synergies.

4. Perform System/Product/Process Audits: Conduct periodic and emergency supplier audits.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Material Science/Material Engineering.

• Solid experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Power Device related fields.

• Good balance of experience in manufacturing processes, engineering, or product design, with recent years focused on quality or supplier quality (management experience is beneficial, but technical expertise is essential).

• Expert-level knowledge in supplier processes and technology, particularly:

o AMB/DCB/IMS – substrate and ceramic process knowledge, including microstructure process design.

o Various types of power lead frame manufacturing.

o Various plating schemes (electroless/electrolytic).

o Soldering and sintering materials.

o Encapsulation techniques.

• Strong material product knowledge and metrology for material testing and reliability testing.

• Good project management skills, with added advantages if holding an IPMA or PMA certificate.

• Expert in problem-solving skills, with an added advantage if possessing a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

• Hands-on experience on the application of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and PPAP.

• Preferably certified and with hands-on experience on planning, conducting and reporting VDA6.3, VDA 6.5, and IATF audits either in the role of auditor or lead auditor.

• Possesses a strong personality and effective people management skills.

• Proficiency in English language (Read/Write/Speak). Added advantage on ability to converse in other international languages such as Mandarin and Nihongo.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to travel on short notice.
