Senior English Speaking Travel Consultant

-Engage and “wow” customers in the sales process using great communication skills.

-Determine and understand guest requirements.

-Design unique customer journeys using creativity and deep knowledge of the destination.

-Collaborate with reservations / operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

-Responsible for issuing invoices, collecting deposits, and closing sales efficiently and accurately.

-Present monthly reporting to the team leader.

- Be passionate about travel in Southeast Asia and can deliver a deep understanding ofdestinations we operate to our guests.

- Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.

- Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients.

-Strong English language communication skills spoken and written.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-You will be a passionate traveller yourself who is curious about hidden gems within destinations.

-You will be already an experienced English-Speaking Travel Designer, with solid destination knowledge within Vietnam and Indochina.

-You will be confident in communicating ideas and working collaboratively in a small team but equally at home holding a call with international guests and agents.

- English language requirement (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher)
