    Company Overview:

    Our general manager, Ms. Mieke Claerhout, from Europe, has over 22 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales and customer service. She loves Vietnam and lives in Da Nang.

    She has trained over 1,000 professionals helping them become more knowledgeable making more effective and more cost-efficient decisions for the growth of their company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Finding leads online and offline

    In close collaboration with our GM, you will define and execute online and offline sales funnels to go from companies not knowing us to guiding them to investing in their business with our support in order to improve their existing marketing, sales or customer service approach.

    * Establish Trust And Long-term Loyalty

    Maintain strong relationships with clients, stay in touch with every lead and client on a regular basis and position and offer our services effectively;

    Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client pain points and propose solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

    * Sales Strategy

    Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets;

    Collaborate with the internal team to create any needed POS materials, presentations, brochures or online marketing collateral.

    * Market Research

    Strong eye for new developments in our area, with our (potential) clients, competitors or companies around us to identify new business opportunities. Notify our GM on any significant development and discuss opportunities and solutions.

    * Cultural Sensitivity

    A deep understanding of Vietnam’s business culture, most importantly of growing SME’s in the great area of Da Nang, making over 250.000.0000 VND in revenues per month. Adapt sales strategies to align with local business culture nuances, ensuring we are offering the services that the target audience wants and we communicate about these services in the way that the target audience wants.

    * International Mindset:

    Different nationalities and languages work together at our company. You use your open mind, your education and your professional international background to fit into the company, speak English on a daily basis and help and learn from your colleagues.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    *Language:Vietnamese and English.

    *Experience:Working in sales for over 5 years, working in sales of B2B services of at least 20 million vnd/contract for at least 2 years.

    *Empathy:We are seeking individuals with a big, beautiful heart who genuinely care about their clients and colleagues. Ability to connect on a personal level with the people around you in your job.

    *Skills:Thorough understanding of marketing and sales with experience in applying and executing several specific marketing and sales strategies and tactics. You are a great communicator and a restless negotiator.

    *Eagerness:You have a never-ending learning mind. You are eager to learn every strategy and tactic to increase our sales and to help our clients to grow their business.

    *Training:Our GM has over 22 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development. You won’t do this alone. She will be there to train you, help you and guide you to lead more prospects to sales.

    *KPI’s: Weekly follow up on sales KPI’s, debriefing with our GM and deciding on how to follow up together.

    Working schedule and salary: You create your own working schedule and share it with our team weekly. You work in our office in Ngu Hanh Son or remote.

    Fixed salary: depending on your experience - 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 VND per month + high commission on sales – the more you sell, the more you earn.
