Develop mid-to-long-term export business strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision.
Analyze global steel structure market trends and identify opportunities in key regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, the US, and Africa.
Establish international sales policies: pricing, discount schemes, distribution, and regional go-to-market strategies.
Sales Operations Management
Oversee all export activities: international sales, market development, customer care, after-sales, and technical support.
Build and maintain a global network of agents, strategic partners, EPC contractors, and general contractors.
Ensure the efficiency and profitability of the export contract lifecycle: from quotation – negotiation – signing – delivery – payment.
Risk & Legal Management
Mitigate risks in international trade: manage legal compliance, FIDIC contracts, local regulations, customs, logistics, and financial operations.
Work directly with banks regarding L/Cs, guarantees, and international payment processes.
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, and manage regional sales heads and teams across export markets.
Foster a culture of professionalism, proactivity, adaptability, and international integration.
Reporting & Proposal
Regularly report to the General Director on business performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Propose pricing policies, discount schemes, and contract terms based on market dynamics.
Identify potential risks and suggest improvements for business systems and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Gender: Male/Female, aged 35 and above.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Construction).
Experience: 8–10 years in B2B industrial exports, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Preferred: Experience in steel structure, building materials, or EPC companies with international scope.
Strong knowledge of global steel structure markets, supply chains, and international technical standards (ASTM, BS, JIS, EN…).
Proficient in international trade terms and practices: FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, Incoterms, L/C…
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
