    Mô tả công việc

    • Run daily reports for Reservations, Operations, Sales & Marketing departments.
    • Process new reservations, update, clean up, and handle advance deposits and reservation-related reports (No Shows, ORS Comments, Commission, etc.).
    • Assist in room allocations, handle special requests, and manage room blocking as needed.
    • Clarify any guest discrepancies before arrival by contacting guests or agents.
    • Track room availability and update the internet reservation system in coordination with relevant hosts.
    • Assist in determining room rates and manage guest history/profiles.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness in daily reservations, guest information, and statistics.
    • Control room inventory in coordination with the Reservations Manager and respond to overbooking situations.
    • Manage group reservations, creating codes and processing rooming lists within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Communicate with group contacts regarding rooming lists and pickup.
    • Assist the Reservations Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue while meeting forecasted and budgeted figures.
    • Address client feedback related to reservations and take corrective action promptly.
    • Maintain high standards of appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
    • Adhere to safety, security, and privacy protocols, ensuring guest data confidentiality.
    • Keep department equipment clean and in good working condition.
    • Upsell resort facilities and activities.
    • Attend meetings and training as required, with knowledge of and adherence to LQA standards.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Qualified with hospitality diploma/degree
    • Over one year of experience in luxury hotel operations
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, GDS, CRS)
