Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, etc.
Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized.

Other tasks assigned the by Line Manager.

Full time: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
Good at Microsoft Office.
Proficient English (both Speaking and writing).
Strong understanding of market research and market analysis, analytical and report writing skills.
Possess a Growth mindset, be result-oriented, and data-driven.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, creativity, and ability to work independently.
