Production Intern - Thực tập sinh Sản xuất

• Working Location: Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh

• Duration: 6 months

• Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.

• Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM -5.30PM

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Business

• Support “Deep inspection campaign” to improve machine performance & Technical operator capability development with effective inspection system

• Support to develop Equipment ownership for Operators by Autonomous Maintenance development in maintenance & machine inspection activities

• Build an effective tracking system for follow-up action to ensure accountability & transparency in the task executions

• Revamp manufacturing power apps for more user-friendly usage & effective tracking for machine performance & production management

• Support manufacturing behavior & culture improvement strategy

2. People

• Communicate effectively with shopfloor & management team to facilitate a smooth flow of information

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure action follow up process is executed & bring effective results

• Communicate in teams to deliver message in continuous improvement in manufacturing behavior & culture improvement strategy
