Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will be thevoiceof the internal teams by recommending process changes, defining vision and scope, and proactively communicating project visions to business leaders, stakeholders, and users. By joining our team, your responsibilities will be (and not limited to):

• Own a product line which is assigned from Product Manager, Domain Manager to develop and maintain product vision and strategies.
• Work closely with Product Manager, stakeholders, development, and design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximize value for users.
• Combine data, market research and industry best practices to understand the problems, identify the opportunities to create value.
• Communicate and collaborate with engineer managers, development teams to study feasibility for product development.
• Take high-level product requests and break them down into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in the product prototyping process, interface mock-up, wireframe, and GUI creation in an Agile environment.
• Work with Agile mindset, prioritize backlog to deliver the right features over sprints, ensuring continuous product delivery.
• Share the business value to the development team so they understand the intent behind the new features, release, or product.
• Work with all team members to ensure product requirements are understood and can move from design to development to release.
• Verify and validate developed features before deployment and produce release notes.
• Manage the reporting process to keep open lines of transparency on the progress of the project.
• Constantly communicate with stakeholders for fixing product issues, analyze and prioritize product improvements & backlog.
