Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Coordinating and confirming all ground services such as transportation, local experiences, and day activities according to the approved itinerary.

- Managing communication with guides, drivers, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of daily schedules and service standards.

- Monitoring day-to-day trip operations to ensure services run on time and meet company quality expectations.

- Handling last-minute changes or special requests from guests, ensuring quick and effective solutions.

- Supporting guides with updated tour information, guest preferences, and logistical arrangements.

- Checking service vouchers, pick-up times, and coordination details to prevent operational errors.

- Gathering post-service feedback from guides and suppliers to help maintain and improve service quality.

- Assisting with payment follow-ups, supplier documentation, and other administrative duties as required.

- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with guides and local partners across destinations.


Yêu cầu công việc:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar operations role with solid understanding of travel logistics.

- Reliable and dedicated, able to stay organized and perform well under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital platforms that support operational tasks.

- A proactive team player with a genuine passion for travel and service excellence.
