    We are currently seeking an Office Administrator at the intern level. There is a potential for you to transition into a permanent staff position after a period of 3-6 months.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office records.
    • Office Assistance: Support the smooth functioning of the office by assisting with facilities, supplies, equipment, and services.
    • Document Management: Assist in creating, editing, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. This may include maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document confidentiality, and assisting with document distribution.
    • Event Support: Assisting with the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, conferences, and workshops. This may involve arranging logistics, coordinating with vendors, and preparing necessary materials.
    • Office Supplies and Inventory: Assist in managing office supplies, including ordering new supplies as needed and maintaining inventory records. This includes monitoring stock levels, tracking expenses, and seeking cost-effective solutions.
    • Technology and Equipment: Provide support for office equipment, software, and systems. This may involve troubleshooting issues, liaising with IT support, and coordinating equipment maintenance or repairs.
    • Travel Assistance: Assisting with travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reimbursements for employees traveling on business purposes.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Fresh Graduated or final-year student are welcomed
    • Willingness to help other teams
    • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be proactive in learning
    • Work efficiently and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
