• Receiving and assisting customers through the website and email, phone and Zendesk
• Providing consultation and addressing customer inquiries.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Monitoring orders.
• Negotiating and agreeing on orders, delivery information, and prices with foreign partners.
• Generating regular work reports.
• Supporting other tasks as requested by superiors.

• English Proficiency: 4 Skills
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care or equivalent positions.
• Educational background: College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge and interest in cars and machinery is a plus.
• Skillful and flexible in handling customer complaint situations.
• Proficient in using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: Fixed salary from 9,000,000 VND (negotiable based on skills) + Allowances + Monthly KPI bonus
