Reporting to the Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Manage near-expiration inventory daily and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce losses for Onpoint.
2. Lead cycle count activities and plan regular audits with the 3PL warehouse.
3. Evaluate KPI indicators on the 3PL warehouses’ inventory management by day, month, and quarter.
4. Investigate, evaluate explanations for any abnormal gap in inventory reconciliation, establish proper inventory management procedures/ processes with the 3PL warehouse, define the responsible party for any loss at the 3PL warehouse.
5. Plan, take a lead on the stock-take by working directly with the 3PL warehouse for the stock-take according to the management’s requirements.
6. Directly supervise and closely inspect the inventory in case there is any the disposal at the 3PL warehouse.
7. Ensure KPI indicators on STO, overdue POs in system.
8. Coordinate and support financial stock count periodically.
9. Control and process the system for any brands that close or stop doing business with Onpoint.
To succeed in the role, a qualified candidate should be:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Have experience in working with warehouse.
• Have a 2 to 3 years working experience
• Graduated a degree in a related field at a college or university (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Accounting, etc.)
• Able to demonstrate skills in research, review, and analysis of information from multiple sources.
• Strong and comprehensive communication, and organizational skills in Vietnamese; English is also preferred, but not required.
• Able to effectively work across teams and be open to challenging current processes
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and related computer skills.
