- Collaborate with functional team to analyze and conduct the TNA (Training Need Analysis) and Training Plan of the company, implement the training and development program for both internal and external training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Responsible for building various and wide employment networks to support the employee recruitment especially for high level employee
- Conduct Quality Management Audit as per Group Internal Audit Schedule
- Prepare Audit reports and follow-up audit action plans
- Update and maintain office policies (Rules, regulations, procedures)
- Support to organize activities related to culture development (teambuilding, company trip, town hall meeting...)
- Participate in doing checking attendance, C&B, policies, Reward & Recognition Programs.
- Support to prepare annual budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Graduation
- At least 3 years experience in the relevant field.
- Familiarity with office management, training, C&B, HR procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently management, multi-tasking under pressure.
- Ability to analyze, identify and solve the problem quickly and effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Strong English communication
