    Mô tả công việc

    Job Summary:

    • To develop current Customers, Channels in the region (MT, Wholesaler, GT, Key Accounts) for current or new products to achieve CPG business' AOP
    • To explore, identify and activate new Customers, new Channel for current product line or new product launching according to business strategy to add up revenue.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Build and drive service to current customers (MT, Wholesaler, GT, Key Account customers) to drive sales revenue
    • Ensure commercial objectives and AOP are achieved by successfully implementing Channel/ Customer/ Key Account strategy and plan in the assigned region
    • Ensure commercial objectives and AOP are achieved by sucessful implementation of Product strategy and Plan in the region
    • Explore potential customer, channel (Wholesaler, MT, Key Accounts) for Highlands coffee CPG product by approaching direct and in-direct customer
    • Evaluate and identify potential customer to be activated
    • Prepare and write the business plan/ activation plan to customer
    • Listing product and manage sales performance in activated customer
    • Supervise, coach, develop staff to drive team capability to achieve AOP
    • Deploy monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets, sales fundamentals (number of outlets, calls, successful calls, sold-in SKUs, brand distribution, merchandising and market hygiene control etc.); trade activation programs (product launch, display, trade promotion, consumer promotion, supporting activities, etc.)
    • Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in assigned area.
    • Accountable for all operations successful with in approved budgets: % NDP TTS, % NDP subsidies, TM TTS, % overhead budget in assigned area.
    • Accountable for daily/weekly/monthly sending reports accurately and timely.
    • Responsible for information collection and report on Competitors activities and customer’s complain timely

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Education:

    • University degree in relevant field

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years experience in similar position in FMCG is preferable

    Skills:

    • Strong negotiation skill.
    • Strong Analytical and planning skills
    • Strong Organizational and Leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of Distribution and Selling Skills.
    • Knowledge of FMCG Route to market, Wholesale, GT, MT, Key Account clients.
    • Sale team management skills
    • Sales force coaching & training skills.
    • Customer and sales data management.
    • Dynamic problem solving skill.
    • Sales Ethics and knowledge of the legal aspect and the rules of competition.
