General Accountant (Kế Toán Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Trung)

• Prepare online banking orders and related documents, monitor bank balances, and ensure account consistency and accuracy;

• Handle invoicing processes, organize original receipts, and maintain accurate financial records;

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all importation transactions for compliance and reporting purposes;

• Responsible for organizing, binding, and filling bookkeeping vouchers;

• Support the preparation of tax fillings and assist in the company's tax planning and compliance activities;

• Provide assistance for additional tasks or projects as requested by the finance team.

• Proficient in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken); Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Bachelor degree or above, with an accounting or financial management-related major;

• At least 3 years of experience in financial management, such as General Accountant position.

• Prior experience in e-commerce (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) or a similar industry is a plus;

• Familiar with local accounting software and office applications;

• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly responsible, with strong teamwork skills.
