- Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and trading companies.
- Identify potential customers through cold calls, presentations, industry events and digital channels.
- Promote the company's services (ocean freight, air freight, LCL/FCL, customs clearance, warehousing, cross-border transportation).
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and service solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Documentation and Customer Service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track shipments, promptly resolve customer queries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the branch.
- Maintain accurate sales data, activity reports and customer profiles in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions and networking activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Other related tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Economics/Foreign Trade/Maritime or Engineering with majors such as logistics, port management and shipping.
- Sales experience in the field of Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics for at least 3 years
- English: Intermediate or higher
- Native Chinese
- Age: 26 - 45
