What You Will Do
* Accounting:
Performing general accounting work subject to prevailing laws and regulations of Vietnam, detailed as follows:
- Performing accounting work of accounts receivable and payable, banking and taxes;
- Responsible for calculation of payroll and payment to employees/vendors/authorities;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports/ financial statements, subject to existing standard formats of the company and regulations required by the Government;
- Dealing with auditors on annual financial reports;
* Professional:
- Assisting General Director in managing and assuring compliance and quality of professional work rendered by staff (after professional training programs);
* Office Administration:
- Organizing & providing back-office services to professional staff and general management (work details will be advised during the interview);
- Assisting General Director in recruiting & training staff, implementing HR policies and maintaining company disciplines.
• Female (under 30), kind and good looking;
• University graduated, majored in Accounting/Auditing/Finance/Economics/Business Administration (preferred candidates from National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance);
• At least 2 year of hands-on experience;
• High level of proficiency in both Vietnamese and English;
• Skillful in using office applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & accounting software;
