    Job Title: F&B Manager

    Location: Cosmo, Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

    Reports To: Head of Operations

    Position Summary: The F&B Manager at the Cosmo Club is responsible for overseeing the bar operations and coordinating food service with the hotel. This role involves managing the bar staff, ensuring the highest standards of beverage service, liaising with hotel F&B for food orders, and maintaining an efficient, guest-focused operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in bar management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to coordinate services to provide a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the club's bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
    • Develop and manage the beverage menu, including selection, inventory, and pricing strategies.
    • Coordinate with the hotel's F&B department for food orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food to club guests.
    • Train and lead the bar and F&B service team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Manage budgets and financial planning for the bar, including cost control and revenue optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar and F&B service areas.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the club’s F&B offerings and special promotions.
    • Handle guest feedback regarding bar and food service, making operational adjustments as needed to enhance the guest experience.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bar management or F&B service management, with a strong emphasis on service coordination.
    • Proven ability to develop and manage beverage menus and oversee bar operations.
    • Experience coordinating with external or partner F&B services, preferably in a hotel setting.
    • Strong leadership skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
    • Knowledge of budget management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
