    Mô tả công việc

    1. Fulfillment From Store:
    Develop and implement the fulfillment-from-store strategy, integrating physical stores into the eCommerce fulfillment network.
    Collaborate with store teams and logistics partners to set up processes, systems, and training for efficient and accurate order fulfillment from store locations.
    Monitor fulfillment performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    Work closely with inventory management teams to ensure real-time visibility of stock availability across stores and eCommerce platforms.
    Coordinate with the online commercial team and store teams to optimize product availability for omnichannel fulfillment.
    Provide recommendation, assist troubleshooting with Store staff
    2. Livestream Operations at Stores:
    Support Commercial Team and Store staff for livestream operation at store, assortment selection and provide the sample, backend set up
    Lead the development of livestream capabilities at store locations, working with store staff to train and equip them for livestreaming activities.
    Work with external agencies and KOLs when necessary to coordinate joint livestreaming events at store locations.
    Collaborate with Commercial and Store team to create a schedule for store livestreams, aligning with promotional campaigns and product launches.
    3. Training and Development:
    Develop training materials and conduct workshops for store staff to enhance Omnichannel Operations skills and support business
    Ensure store staff knowledge continuous quality improvement and Consistency
    4. e-Commerce Operation Support
    Collaborate and Support T1 Loyalty program roll out and maintain daily operation
    Prepare return and refund report and work with related team to increase customer satisfaction

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Relevant Experience:
    Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
    Experience:
    3+ years of experience in retail operations, eCommerce, or omnichannel logistics, preferably within the fashion or sports industry.
    Experience in managing fulfillment processes, including store or warehouse operations, is highly desirable.
    Proven track record of working cross-functionally with store teams, logistics, and marketing departments
    Technical Skills:
    Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
    Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication skills, effective at all levels of the organization.
    Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
    experience in training and developing is a plus
    Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
    Operational: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage evolving requirements to support business growth. Problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency and quality
    Managerial: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution of fulfillment and livestream activities.
    Managerial: Analytical mindset for tracking and improving performance metrics related to order fulfillment and livestream effectiveness.
    Technical: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and retail systems, with a focus on integrating physical and digital operations for a seamless customer experience.
    Human & Cultural Requirements: Excellent communication and training skills to engage store staff and coordinate with various teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
