Mô tả công việc
- Answering customer queries on live chat and emails. Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to meet customer requirements.
- Follow onboarding, training, and support procedures correctly, ensuring that all customers are successfully utilizing the apps, are fully engaged, and get the value they expect.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by constantly communicating and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Gather users’ reviews on the Shopify app listing and other marketplaces.
- Create instructional materials for apps (user guides and video tutorials).
- Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our products/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met.
- Make recommendations to improve customer service quality. Provide insight and relay the voice of customers to the internal teams.
- Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.
- Other minor related tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degrees in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and available to work full-time
- Customer support experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
- Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to identify new opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
