BIDDING

- Collects necessary market information and collaborate with Finance for competitive quotations

- Support Business Development and Sales during negotiation

- Visit prospective clients with Business Development to present the company’s service

AFTER-SALES

- Periodical customer follow-up to maintain good relationship and gather feedback

- Build trust and transparency with customers

- Onboard new corporate accounts

- Develop new business with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling

- Be the customers’ advocate

- Promote customer loyalty

- Report statuses of customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Investigate, review, and resolve complaint in the fastest manner

- Oversee consumer sales process

- Record issues in CRM system

- Bachelor degree

- Communicate in English

- CRM and office tools skills
