Mô tả công việc

Contact, provide information about the company's transportation and logistics services to customers.
Take care of and support necessary things for customers.
Track orders from start (quoting) to finish (customer payment).
Assist the business development department in resolving any issues or complaints that arise from the service delivery process.
Quote, prepare contracts and other necessary documents.
Designing the workflow for customer implementation.
Coordinating with internal departments to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Assess the quality of internal services and report to higher management. Recommend solutions to enhance service quality and mitigate risks.
Creating regular reports to send to customers and relevant parties.
Assisting with other tasks for the business development department.

Male/Female, graduated from college or higher in commerce, foreign trade, business administration, and logistics.
Having experience in transportation and logistics industry.
Understanding legal regulations and principles in domestic and international trade.
Possessing skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
Proficient in English communication. Chinese is an advantage.
Proficient in using office software.
Having a high sense of responsibility. Being careful and hardworking. Able to handle work pressure.
