Mô tả công việc

Receive and process orders using the company's system, work with suppliers to track them.
Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to quickly resolve difficulties that arise during the transportation of orders.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits via email in a professional manner.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Keep records of issues/problems from customers.
Work closely with other departments if customers are having problems with the product (feedback, request ...)
Perform occasional tasks as requested.

At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Etsy, Amazon, POD,..
Experience in e-commerce/ retail/ tech companies is preferred
Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Sheet, and web searches
Good English communication skills (English: 6.0 IELTS)
Strong interpersonal communication, multitasking skills
Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)

Working time: 8:30 am -6:00 pm (from Mon to Fri, 2 Saturday of Month)
