Mô tả công việc

Greetings and welcoming patients, managing appointment schedules, providing general information to patients regarding Chiropractic and Wellness.

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Must exercise utmost diplomacy to provide excellent customer service for patients; Practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to Clinic policies.
Performing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system: Issue daily invoices, managing cash float, credit card payment…
Preparing paperwork and supporting claims for patient with insurance for direct and non-direct billing.
Other task if needed or required by line manager.

This position will report to line Manager.

Fluency in spoken and written English.
Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise courtesy and maintain gracious manner with all patients.
Hard-working and attentive attitude.
Be able to multi task, willing to learn more about medical and wellness field.
Be positive and can-do attitude.

Salary: Negotiable.
Working hours: Work in shifts (44 hours/ week)
