    Job summary

    We are looking for an extremely careful, detailed, proactive individual with good problem-solving ability to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This is a versatile position that plays a crucial role in supporting customer service issues and ensuring ecommerce orders are processed efficiently and accurately, delivered on time. This person will not only maintain an excellent working relationship with our customer service team but also need to connect with our fulfillment team and new suppliers to support them so that they may deliver excellent experiences for our customers.

    Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

    Customer Support

    • Take care of customer inquiries & problems and suggest solutions for each case.
    • Cooperate with Line Manager to train and support the Romote CS team in handling customer issues to minimize risks.

    Fulfillment

    • Working closely with suppliers to make sure daily orders are fulfilled accurately.
    • Track and resolve unfulfilled or problematic shipping orders, ensuring all orders are delivered successfully.
    • Export orders, calculate costs, and upload tracking numbers.
    • Conduct regular audits of supplier inventory levels to maintain the highest accuracy.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Extremely careful, detailed, proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 6.5 or equivalent.
    • Intermediate Excel skills and aptitude in MS Office.
    • Complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members.
    • Proactive learning behavior. We request all people to learn daily (only learn things that can support your work immediately) and share it with others.
    • A positive, “can do” attitude.
