Customer Experience Specialist & Consultant (Fresher/Junior)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will play a dual role, contributing 70% of your time to providing exceptional customer support and 30% to assisting our business analysts.
Responsibilities
Customer Support (70%):
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Business Analyst (30%):
• Assist Senior Business Analyst with document-related tasks for External & Internal projects.
• Conduct software testing, capture results, and follow up with developers to resolve issues.

Qualifications
• 0-1 years of experience in IT Customer Support and/or Business Analyst (fresh graduates are welcomed).
• Intermediate - Advanced English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
