Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. Strategic Leadership:- Shape and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with ASIA Group business units goals in Vietnam- Lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration- Set clear goals and track performance metrics to ensure success across all units- Expand marketing channels and platforms to grow brand awareness, reach and customer acquisition for all business units of the ASIA Group in Vietnam2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Deliver the projected and committed supply to all business units according to the monthly and annual business plans - Bridge the gap between marketing and business units to ensure seamless strategy integration- Standardize marketing processes for consistency and efficiency for all business units3. Performance Optimization:- Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI tools to optimize communication and coordination - Develop data-driven strategies to boost marketing ROI and customer satisfaction- Utilize analytics to refine campaigns, reduce acquisition costs, and drive customer retention4. Talent & Innovation:- Build and nurture a high-performing, innovative marketing team- Drive continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends5. Budget Management:- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial control- Conduct budget reviews and analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic investments6.
