Chief Construction Officer

Main mission
Manage and control the construction progress of the Company's projects according to the overall plan
Organize and arrange personnel to control the investor's Project Management Boards in compliance with progress, quality, labor and environmental safety.
Organize, operate, direct, manage and control projects in all aspects of progress, quality, volume, cost, aesthetics, risks, environment, construction, completion, handover, and project warranty.
Take charge of handling construction/project incidents.
Organize inspection of arising values and submit for approval arising during the construction process.
Organize monitoring and checking quality, volume and completion records during the contractor's construction process.
Develop and apply policies/regulations, procedures/processes/work instructions related to the management of construction and equipment installation contractors and related consulting units.
Developing construction technology to increase economic efficiency for the project.
Proposing measures to handle errors or risks that have occurred and measures to prevent errors.
Manage activities of the Construction Management Department
Ensure all activities of the Construction Management Department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
Manage the Construction Management Department staff, assign work and ensure cooperation and personal development within the department.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD.
