    Mô tả công việc

    1. Sales Growth

    • Research and identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, community engagement, B2C, and B2B initiatives.
    • Utilize Chinese language proficiency to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential partners and customers, identifying demands, analyzing and consulting.
    • Foster, develop and maintain relationships with customers/clients. Understand the needs of your customers constantly and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
    • Contract negotiation, follow-up until the completion of service delivery, payment process handling.
    • Collaborate with department managers to set expansion and sales goals based on market analysis and for future projects.

    2. Community Building

    • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Zalo, WeChat, etc.) in multiple languages across various platforms to engage with audiences and foster a strong online community presence.
    • Create engaging content and interact with customers to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Provide Chinese language support for content translation across marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with representatives for marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including monitoring daily order volumes via website and takeaway platforms.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is essential for effective communication with partners, customers, and internal teams.
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the F&B industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Having knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
