- Tòa nhà CMC số 11 Duy Tân, Cầu Giấy
- Identify potential leads through various channels and networks.
- Manage leads from marketing efforts and work closely with the sales and product teams to achieve sales targets.
- Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, present solutions, and negotiate deals
- Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout and after project completion.
Manage cash flow.
- Market Research: Conduct research to explore and expand into new markets.
- Documentation: Prepare contracts and sales-related documents for each project.
- Team Support: Assist the Development Team with customer communications as needed.
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in IT outsourcing or the IT field, with
experience in Ecommerce and AI solutions being a plus.
- Bidding Knowledge: Understanding of the global project bidding process.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) with strong communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Patient, hard-working, and eager to learn.
- Compensation: Base Salary (12-17M/month) + Commission
- Incentives: Additional incentives according to company policy.
- Healthcare: Insurance and annual health check programs.
- Annual Review: Salary review, Tet Bonus, and 13th-month salary.
- 12 vacation days/year and 2 holidays/year.
- Periodic team-building events and more.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
