Brand Marketing/ Employer Branding

• Develop and implement an EVP plan and support the Talent Acquisition team to drive a multi-channel recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees.
• Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels.
• Enhance brand awareness, attract brand followers, and manage the brand and TCV's presence as a professional, attractive employer across channels.
• Plan annual activities and organize - participate in Recruitment events at universities, and training centers... and be the annual focal point to maintain and develop cooperative relationships with these units.
• Make reports, evaluate communication activities, implement content chains, and propose next plans or actions.
• Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

• Prefer major in Journalism, Marketing Communications, and related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing/ Employer Branding or Equivalent position.
• Minimum 1 year at Leader roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Have skills in writing, content creation, and event organization.
• Know how to use basic video design/editing software.
