    Mô tả công việc

    - Balanced analytical & creative mindset, strategic thinking, ability to ready between the lines, crafting insight and connecting dots for conceptualized finding.
    - Agile & high responsibility mindset
    - Ability to analyze consumer trends/research, market trends to define opportunity to develop idea/concept/strategy for brand activities, ATL & BTL
    - Following up/implementing launch activities end-to-end, ensure all activities are in line with plan and guidelines, with monitoring & tracking
    - Developing, planning the RTM with Sales & Trade teams & other key stakeholders based on aligned strategy for innovation/renovation
    - Ability to multitasking, collaborating with stakeholders from different departments (Sales, Trade, Innovation, Supply Chain), Global team to work on multiple innovation, NPI workstream with punctual & utmost responsible manner

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - 2-3 year working experience in Marketing (primary), especially FMCG model, or any functions relating to Commercial & Analysis (CMI, Trade Intelligent & Planning, etc...).
    - Prioritize the candidates having experience in 6Ps development, new product launch
    - Comfortable with data reading & analysis
    - Good at presentation & communication skill
    - Well communicated in English for both verbal & written
