Mô tả công việc

• Identify and research potential KOCs within the beauty industry who align with our brand values and target audience. • Reach out to KOCs through various channels including email, phone number, social media, etc. to establish partnerships. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOCs, providing them with the necessary support and resources to create engaging content. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for KOC engagement and content creation. • Coordinate product seeding and sampling initiatives to KOCs to encourage product trial and reviews. • Monitor KOC activity and performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University major: Marketing, Communication, … or related • Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trends and influencers. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management is a plus. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies for KOC engagement.
