- Receive documents and requests from the Authority (Industrial Park Management Board, departments,etc). Notify the Board of Directors, propose a plan, and execute it to completion.
- Renew, amend, or complete the Company's legal documents upon request: business license, construction permit, work permit, etc.
- Monitor and prepare periodic reports on occupational safety, environmental conditions, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
- Draft documents, reports... as per directives and send them to the relevant departments.
- Regularly update the internal database.
- Prepare internal company activities such as Team Building, Company Birthday Party, Year-End Party, etc.
- Translate and interpret English/French - Vietnamese, the director is French.
- Some other administrative tasks involved include arranging transportation, hotels, phones, welcoming clients and partners, etc.
- Female - Under 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree - Major in Economics, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and office package
- SpeakFrench is an advantage
- Organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, honesty, sociability, enthusiasm, and proactivity in work
- Ability to multitask
