Admin And Sales Support Officer

• Admin:
  • Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes
• HR (Hiring IT developers):
  • Manage the recruitment process for IT developers, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain employee records, handle labor contracts, and manage employee benefits

Sales administration.

• The duties include supporting sales activities and coordinating with other departments.
• Support the sales team by sending e-mails to sales contacts and clients.
• Support for research on sales targets
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and documentation when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing sales activities.
• Accounting:
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Support monthly payroll processing and ensure timely payments
  • Collaborate with the external accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
