    Job Responsibilities:

    This role is expected to ensure the success of incubation of bus operators on the Vexere platform. Incubation is one of the most important stages of the Seller Journey Playbook towards sustainable growth. On Vexere, Sellers are bus operators.

    • Educate sellers on Vexere features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts
    • Implement campaigns for new/current sellers, analyze and report their performance
    • Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews against targets
    • Managing price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability
    • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting seller performance on all platforms (operations, incident, marketing, etc.)
    • Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Deriving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
    • Responsible for ensuring the success of sellers by growing their revenue and ensure smooth operation
    • Responsible for improving the quality score of sellers through advising sellers to change quality service, image, information, ...
    • Negotiate deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Experience in an ecommerce industry is a plus
    • Ability to work on a task independently

    • Willing to get hands dirty as individual contributor & team player
    • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
    • Ability to meet deadlines and good negotiation and management skills to seek for most right solutions to clients
    • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
    • Fast-pacing and good adapt on change
    • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis
