CMH Saigon is expanding, and we need a dedicated Account Manager to manage our top-tier accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and help us achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Objectives of this role:
Leading pitch, IMC project including TVC, Digital, Social, Activation, Production.
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Work with line manager and other internal teams to develop pitch, proposal and ensure KPIs are being met.

Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
Negotiate contracts and deals to maximize profits.
Perform forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Have skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation to various types of stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at once, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and a natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering client success.
