We are at the forefront of digital banking innovation, partnering with financial institutions to navigate the complexities of this evolving landscape. We now seek an enthusiastic Account Executive - Face Authentication (eKYC) professional to bolster the efforts of our Account Management team. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring effective engagement with our clients and the seamless execution of sales strategies.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the Account Management team. Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining essential sales documentation, managing customer data, assisting with the development of sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the Account Managers. You will act as a liaison between Account Managers and internal teams, coordinating efforts to meet client needs promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions, across hierarchy and functional domains, that have signed up or have the potential to work with Trusting Social.
- Assist Account Managers in tracking and reporting progress to both financial institutions and Trusting Social on key metrics defining business success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial institutions on issues related to collaboration execution, quality of service, and customer service, coordinating between financial institutions and Trusting Social teams.
- Build deep domain expertise in the financial technology landscape and become a go-to expert for financial institutions on industry-related questions.
- Identify and develop new opportunities that leverage our strengths and help financial institutions address their pain points and growth agendas.
- Coordinate and respond to any requests for information/proposals from financial institutions where Trusting Social spots an opportunity to advance its goals.
- Monitor regulations and public policies related to the banking industry.
- Keep tabs on the competition and articulate threats early.
- Extensive experience in retail banking or consumer finance, especially in sales channels, collections, or digital banking
- Knowledgeable in banking products, banking organization, banking regulation compliance, and Data Privacy Compliance
- Proven work experience in Account Management, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen to learn, attention to detail, and tech-savvy
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
