Transaction Manager

We are looking for Transaction Manager who is good at investment analysis, understand various risks involved in developing rooftop solar projects and other renewable energy projects, and know how to conduct the internal investment approval process. This position takes daily responsibility for providing price offers to C&I customers on time, following up with channel partners with responsiveness, navigating the internal processes to submit offers and definitive agreements for approval, and collaborating with the Operations team to solve problems arising from quotation stage to COD date. Key KPIs are capacity projects to be secured, PIRR, proper costing and risk mitigation. Detail duties: o Verify inputs, run financial models, and propose the best option for each offer. o Manage PPA, NDA, MOU approval process and analyse their financial and operational implications. o Draft project summaries, investment memos. o Negotiate terms and conditions of definitive agreements with customers. o Analyse legal risk, propose findings and recommendations. o Support to secure target capacity.

o At least 5 years of experience in auditing, investment banking, investment fund, financial advisory services. o Preference is given to those who have solar power experience. o Strong analytical skills with sharp commercial and financial acumen. Good grasp or experience with corporate finance metrices and financial modelling would be preferred. o Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-moving environment. o Self-motivated, driven, resourceful and result-oriented. o Good proficiency in spoken and written English. o Bachelor's Degree and above.
