Planning
1. Preparing for the plans of domestic sales, for both medium and short-term to align with company's business strategies.
2. Preparing for customer's visit control plan for both domestic sales and technical services.
Doing
1. Solving and responding customers' complaints related to domestic sales and services.
2. Attending to customers' requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining and increasing sales amount of existing customers and customer's satisfaction.
3. Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment.
4. Making customer's visit control plans.
5. Sharing information with marketing team about customers' requirements of new products to fulfill product categories.
6. Cooperating with technical service to support customers' inquiries.
7. Responding customers' requirements and enquiries, preparing quotations to customers.
8. Performing the other tasks as per assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least 2 years of working experience in sales or technical engineer in plating industry.
2. English or Chinese communication.
3. Bachelor's degree in chemicals.
