    Key Areas of Responsibility:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
    Lead the team to manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, background check....)
    Build-up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
    Proactively review resourcing strategy & planning aligned with the business priorities & output forecasts.
    Create sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
    Build relationships with key stakeholders. Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers with a deep understanding of labor markets.
    Manage induction/orientation program for new hire.
    Manage Employer Branding activities.
    In charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
    Work with the Marketing team to maintain & develop the company's profiles on social media (LinkedIn, FB) job boards, website to ensure consistent branding and widen resources.
    Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
    Manage employee satisfaction assessments and recommend measures to improve employee retention.
    Develop policies, procedures and reports.
    Support HR Head to build HR policies, procedures, frameworks to maintain consistency & standard across all hiring activities.
    Update information about the market situation, recruitment, recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment.
    Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts.
    Responsible for all reports, including headcount reports, employee satisfaction, turnover report, etc.
    Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods.
    Manage recruitment budget in different channels.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
    Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years working experience in a similar role
    Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor's degree
    Fluent in English
    Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels
    Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and relationship building ability,
    Ability to work in fast-changing environments and build solutions that have the ability to flex with the business needs & priorities,
    Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
    Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
    Strong network in the retail industry and education is a plus.
    Having mass recruitment experience is a plus.
