Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Develop recruitment plans and hiring strategies: create hiring plans based on business needs, including defining job requirements, timelines, and sourcing channels.
- Prepare job deions and promote vacancies through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews: review cvs, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process and support selection: coordinate with interviewers, compile evaluations, follow up with candidates, and lead the offer process.
- Analyze recruitment data and propose improvements: track kpis (applications, pass rates, cost per hire, etc.) and implement initiatives to improve hiring efficiency.
- Other tasks as assigned by the boss

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor's degree

- English: Upper-Intermediate Levels

- At least 3-5 years of experience working as an TA in the IT company

- Have experience in increasing employees 50→100.
