We are looking for talented Sales Engineer in our CompressorService Sale team. Prefer candidates who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
1. Confidently and independently drive sales activities to maximize revenue in Service sales.
2. Expand Install Base and increase the 1:1 ratio
3. Contribute to annual business plan to improve market share and revenue
Detailed targets can be discussed during interview.

What we expect from you:
· Maximize service sales revenue in terms of Service ladder sales, leads generation, market share
· Take good care of existing customers, increase install base
· Fast to learn new product and growth mindset.
- Have good knowledge of the competition
Experience
· At least 01 year experience in Service sales for industries. Prefer sales experiences from distributors, dealers, resellers...
· Service sales history
· Good understanding of Industrial companies in North Vietnam.
· Prefer candidate with command of English or Chinese
· Strong persuasion skills, able to deliver technical presentations.
· Having driving license is a must (B2 license)
Personal affinity
· Can-do and goal achiever. Record breaker is expected
· Aggressive in sales
Education & knowledge
- University or College. An engineering or economic degree is preferable.
- Knowledge of the compressed air industry and applications is an advantage.
