    Lead Generation:
    Identify and engage potential clients by different methods & channels (cold call, networking event, referral, email marketing, etc.)
    Sales and Business Development:
    Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
    Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty.
    Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    Gather useful information/ insight from client to create attractively matching proposal for their demands.
    Track and report on the status of proposal until the deal finalization.
    Coordinate with partner's & internal team to follow up with project implementation.
    Customer Engagement:
    Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
    Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
    Market Study:
    Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to clients and their industries.
    Keep updated with market & competitions.
    Report and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth on a monthly basis.
    Support in creating and implementing processes and policies to support the overall business.
    Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    At least 5 years of experience in sales B2B, especially SaaS.
    Excellent communication and negotiation, interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport.
    Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    Strong passion to be a successful early-stage startup team member.
    High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive & flexible.
    Good time management and planning skills.
    Good command of English is a must.
    Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
