Market Research (10%)
- Identify research market needs, execute research studies, survey and analyze research/survey in order to gain insight and classify opportunities for brand and products.
- Provide quarterly reports including customers' insights, market trends, product trends and competitors' MKT activities with initiatives.
Fanpage Content Planning (20%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning, with a focus on creating engaging, high-quality content to attract, grow, and retain our target audience.
- Maintain an organized weekly content calendar to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of content.
- Oversee various content channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content released to customers.
- Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools, analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities.
Campaign Management (50%)
- Manage online and offline communications and increase brand awareness, including development of media plan.
- Work with dedicated agencies to develop creative content pieces and sales materials to support sales and marketing activities.
- Evaluate agency performance and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.
- Responsible for development and messaging (KV, KM) of the brand stories, brand campaign, and product campaign.
- Create, execute, and manage brand/product marketing programs and campaigns across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and communication tools.
- Optimize digital marketing performance, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Analytics.
Performance Report and Budget Management (15%)
- Manage monthly campaign budget.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, KPIs and ROI.
- Generate monthly report of all activities. Share insights, observations and improvement points.

Knowledge & experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing position in F&B field (must have)
* At least 5 years working in F&B (restaurant or coffee brand)
* Strong knowledge of various aspects of content marketing for brand building and sales-driven goals.
* Proven experience in designing and executing ATL marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge of planning, budgeting, marketing ROI analysis, USP & communications development.
* Management skills and experience
Functional skill:
* Good interpersonal skills, creative, flexible, aggressive, passionate, up to date, attention to details, resourceful with can do and positive working attitude.
* Able to work under pressure for work efficiency.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Excellent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English with good presentation skill."
