    Mô tả công việc

    • Responsible for tele-sales support by daily direct contact with BCI clients:
    o Current subscribers
    o Ex-subscribers
    o Potential clients
    • Handle all contact with subscribers / clients as tasks assigned by the new sales and or the
    account management team
    • Make meeting appointment with clients for sales team and or the account management team
    • Maximize the repeating clients discovering from the CRM
    • Printing, documents, marketing tools (brochures, leaflets, flyers, etc) arrangement support
    to sales team
    • Handle all related business support within the sales team
    • Work closely with other department including Research, Administration & Human
    Resource for any sales administration functions
    • Ensure office environment neat & tidy all the time, fixed asset in good condition and
    comply with company rules and regulation.
    • Ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time – including but not limited to assist in
    preparation for event materials, logistic and administrations
    Process order and payment for Project Leads Sales, Account Management and CrossMedia
    Division (Equinox, BCIAA, etc.)
    o Fully understand the internal Order System.
    o Coordinate with Admin to ensure order and payment is uploaded accurately into the
    Order System in timely manner.
    o To prepare thank you letter for mailing to clients
    o Maintain local subscription request as advised by BDC/CLC.
    • Responsible to prepare monthly project statistic & handle circulation for incoming client
    enquiry to BDC/AM in charge.
    Others:
    • Mentor new sales staff when required.
    • Any ad-hoc task assigned by local GM from time to time.
    • Uphold BCI Asia’s philosophies, values and guiding principles.


    Yêu cầu công việc

    • PC knowledge – Internet search engines, database experience, Excel (Essential)
    • Professional communication (written & oral) (Essential)
    • Excellent command of English (written & oral) (Desirable)
    • Previous admin work experience in Data Analysis (2 – 3 years) (Desirable)
    • Previous success in target driven environment (Desirable)
    • Independence, innovative ability and resourcefulness (Essential)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
    • Excellent tele-sales skills (Essential)
