    Mô tả công việc

    • Assist in contacting potential customers through the company’s sales channels.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customer care, supporting and resolving customer inquiries.
    • Translate documents, emails, and meetingswhen necessary.
    • Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, payment requests, and assist customers throughout the contract execution process.
    • Coordinate with the development team andfollow up customer-related projects.
    • Support sales team meetings by taking minutes, preparing materials, and managing schedules.
    • Maintain and update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
    • Communicate customer instructions to the development team when needed.
    • Assist withtestingwhere needed andas requested by customers.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by theCEO.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Be able to useEnglish for writing and reading comprehension. No certificate is required.
    • No prior experienceisrequired; comprehensive training will be provided.
    • Female candidates preferred.
    • Age: 20-35 years old.
    • Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
