Sales Support Executive

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
2. Information support for sales department.
3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
4. Search customer data using many methods and maintain customer databases by accurately entering and updating customer information.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information or forward to the appropriate sales representative.
6. Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to customers.
7. Assist in monitoring sales activities, identifying trends, and generating performance reports.
8. Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling expense reports, and maintaining sales-related documentation.

1. At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin position.
2. Graduated from College/University.
3. Diligent, hardworking, with teamwork skills and a high level of support spirit
