    Bewell Sai Gon Health Clinic Company LTD; a member of IFF Holdings, specializes in Medical. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Sales Manager position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:
    Implement activities to develop the business and achieve the revenue target assigned by BOD.
    Identify and research potential clients.
    Develop and maintain client relationships
    Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
    Conduct ongoing market research
    Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
    To create rate proposals
    Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
    Prepare regular reports in accordance with company regulations and management requirements.
    Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts)
    Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to come up with a new service. Update new services for customers.
    Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers.
    Other ad hoc duties as assigned by BOD.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
    Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
    More than 5 years of experience in sales of business development, preferably in the Healthcare Clinic or a related field
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    KPI-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
    Highly motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
    Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate
    Customer service & sales oriented
    Fluently in English
